We charge both hourly rate fees or a flat rate fees depending on the type of transaction. 



For most estate plans, residential real estate transactions, and business entity formations, a flat fee or flat fee range is typically charged. For decedents' estates, Probate administration, and Trust administration, hourly rates or the state statutory rate calculation is charged. Commercial real estate transactions and business sales/purchases typically require an hourly fee based upon time spent on the transaction. For hourly rate matters, we provide clients with a detailed report of the dates, time spent, and description of services provided.
